Answers

  1. Do I have to be a member of the board of Realtors to join your company?
No, our referral company is not a member of the Board so you don’t have to be either.
  1. What is the difference between At Home Real Estate and At Home Referral Network?
At Home Real Estate is for associates who wish to actively work with buyers and sellers. You have to be a member of the Realtor boards and MLS to work with this company. At Home Referral Network is for associates who wish to send referral business to actively selling associates and/or for associates who wish to build teams and create passive income for themselves.
  1. Is this a pyramid scheme?
No, pyramid schemes are illegal. We are a Real Estate company with a multi-level option to our compensation plan, however, you can be an agent with us and not participate in that if you choose.
  1. Do I have to place my real estate license with your company to participate and earn money with you?
Yes and no, If you are a broker, you may become an At Home affiliate with our company, in that case, you can choose to operate under your current corporation and simply adopt our business systems or you can place your license under one of our other brokers. If you are an associate, your license would need to be placed with either At Home Real Estate or with one of our affiliate brokers.
  1. Does the commission I earn on my personal sales ever decrease?
No, once you advance through each commission level, you never go back down.
  1. What is the highest commission I can earn with your company?
You can earn up to 90% on your personally closed transactions.
  1. There are a lot of other companies out there with similar compensation plans, what makes your company better?
At Home Real Estate studied all of  our competitors while developing our business model. One of the most significant differences is that our compensation plan does not limit you on the number of levels of associates you can sponsor.
The next biggest difference relates to the previous answer. Because we have multiple levels, you are not “recruiting your own competition”.
Next, because we do not have all of the overhead of our competition, we are able to give one of the highest returns of commissions back to our associates.
  1. What is my level of responsibility for associates that I sponsor into the company?
From a liability standpoint, none. If you are a broker who hosts agents under their license then you would obviously take on the normal liability just like any other broker. From a personal standpoint, it is really up to you. One of the reasons our business model works so well is because it encourages associates to want to help each other to be successful because when someone on your team closes a transaction, everyone wins. Also, we provide training and mentorship opportunities to quickly help associates become successful.

  2. How much does it cost to enroll?
Enrolling with At Home Real Estate is free.
