Our primary customers are our associates. By utilizing simple technologies throughout the real estate process, we can allow our associates to focus more on building their business instead of spending as much time managing the administrative portion of the job. Also, automating many of the processes allows for lower overhead, therefore providing the opportunity for our associates to keep more commission in their pockets.

Our secondary customers are the buyers and sellers that our associates work with. By innovating the systems of traditional real estate our associates can be more efficient and therefore provide seamless service to their buyer and seller customers.

Here at At Home Real Estate our principal service consists of educating associates on how to build their own sustainable, profitable business within our organization and providing the tools to help them accomplish that. Through that service, we open the doors for real estate licensees to dramatically improve their income by helping others to learn how to do the same.

the History of At Home Real Estate

In 2005, I was operating a medium-sized brokerage in Orlando Florida, when the market starting to slow down. Even though we expected it to happen, it was still a surprise when it did. Once the number of closings started slowing down, obviously we had to look at how we could cut expenses.

I started looking around at what I had worked so hard to build and realized that it was all worthless unless there was income coming in to support it. At that point we had a couple of offices, over 5000 sq ft of space at our corporate location.

We had opened a mortgage company that was just starting to take off. We had a good size administrative office staff. And one day I realized that all that would very quickly drain me if I didn’t make some changes immediately. So, I sold my share of the company and took the next two years to develop the most powerful market-proof real estate business model the world has ever seen. And that’s why you are here.
